Conditions

During the New Year’s week, prices may vary.

• Prices are for every apartment/room for night, for 2 persons and a minimum stay of one week.
• For the third or/and the fourth adult person in the apartment we apply a surcharge of 40 € each.
• Children from 0 to 3 years is calculated a surcharge of 20€, and 4 to 17 years is calculated a surcharge of 35 € to day.
• Pets are not allowed.

• The tax for yuor stay is 2,80€ to person to night

• On departure day we ask our guests to release the house until 10 o'clock, at 14 o'clock the apartments are ready for occupancy.
• We accept  payment in cash, credit cards or transfer money.
• Bed linen, towels for the bathroom, and kitchen towels are included and are changed weekly.
• Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outdoors.

If your stay at our residence will not taken up or prematurely broken off cancellation charges will be calculated:

• 30 days before the arrival deposit will be retained
• Up to 29 days before arrival 50% of the total stay
• Less than 7 days before the arrival 100% of the total stay
• In case of a prematurely broken off stay or a late arrival the full price will be calculated.
